Community Partnerships
Local missions and ministries are the heartbeat of The Leland Church. We partner with several local organizations to serve Brunswick County and the surrounding areas. We prioritize loving our neighbors in tangible ways.
You can support these organizations by volunteering to serve and/or designating a gift to “local missions”.
First Baptist Church in Wilmington
The Leland Church was founded using a generous financial gift from FBC Wilmington. This, along with many relational connections, has tied our two congregations together. TLC partners with FBC in the areas of youth ministry and providing meals each week people in downtown Wilmington.
Friday Night Lights
Every Friday night during the football season, we provide a pre-game meal for the North Brunswick Football Team. We pray for the team and are building meaningful relationships with the players and coaching staff.
Local Partnerships
We partner with several other local organizations including Brunswick Family Assistance, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Manna Ministries. This includes financial assistance as well as hands-on volunteering.
